Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During high-volume periods or special launches, processing times may be slightly extended. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times typically range from 3–7 business days after your order has been shipped.
Please note that delivery delays may occasionally occur due to carrier issues that are beyond our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. GVObyTY is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the package.
Lost or Stolen Packages
GVObyTY is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. If you experience an issue, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@gvobyty.com with your order number and photos of the damaged item. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
